Finance Home Information For Pay Reps Check/Advice Delivery

Check/Advice Delivery Information

Here payroll representative will find information about paycheck/advice delivery including steps to take if the employee does not pick up his/her check or advice.

Each paycheck/advice has a location code to identify the delivery location. This location is the unit associated with the employee's lowest job record number in PeopleSoft although it is not necessarily the employee's primary job. Payreps with security access to PEDL can see an employee's job record in order to identify check delivery location.

If an employee fails to pick up his/her paycheck or advice by the next pay period, the payrep must remit the uncollected paychecks/advices to central payroll office and provide any information available about why the items were not picked up.
