View Your Paycheck - ePay

As an active university employee, you can see any of your paychecks electronically, at any time. You will see the most current paycheck first. You can view prior paychecks by clicking on the link "View a Different Paycheck," located on the top, right-hand side of the paycheck, directly under "Check Date."

  Important: Users can not acces the "View Paycheck" system during the application's downtime hours, from 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. every Sunday.

 Important: Year-to-date (YTD) figures are available on the current, active pay stub and the final 2007 pay stub. To save a copy of your pay stub, using the Explorer browser and Adobe Professional (version 8 or later), you can right-click anywhere in the electronic pay stub, and select the Convert to Adobe PDF option.  Store the copy in a location of your choice. Using a Mac, you must first create a folder, place the folder in the left column of the finder window, open the electronic pay stub, and use the Save Page As feature to store a copy in the newly created folder in step one.
